The situation, and it's very common
A lot of the families we work for don't live here. Parents or grandparents were buried in East or North London decades ago; the children moved away, and now a visit means a flight and a week off work.
Meanwhile the grave sits in the back of your mind constantly. That's not a problem, and it doesn't make the service any different or any more expensive.
How we handle it
1. Tell us what you know
Cemetery name and grave number if you have it. If not, we'll try to locate it.
2. We go and look, free
Photos of the grave today, with an honest assessment and a price.
3. You decide, from anywhere
One-off clean or a plan. Pay by card in any currency your bank supports.
4. We visit and send photographs
Every time, on dates that matter to your family if you tell us what they are.
Locating a grave you've lost track of
A very common situation, and often solvable through cemetery burial registers or a records search. Tell us the name, the approximate year, and the cemetery you think it was — we'll do the legwork.
