After every visit, we send you photographs of the grave as we left it — same day, by WhatsApp or email. If you'd like a short video too, just ask. It's included in every service and every plan.
Why we do this
You're paying someone to go somewhere you can't get to, and do something you can't check. That requires a lot of trust from you, and it should require proof from us.

What we'll tell you even when you'd rather not hear it
If a kerb has cracked, the plot has sunk, an ornament has gone missing, or a neighbouring grave has collapsed against yours — we'll tell you, with a photo. We won't quietly tidy round a problem and send you a nice picture.
