Letting a stranger work on your family's grave is not a small thing. Here is everything you'd reasonably want to know first.
Insurance and checks
Fully insured with public liability cover — certificate available on request. All staff are DBS-checked. We carry ID on every visit and will show it to cemetery staff or family without being asked.
Our method promise
We use conservation-grade, pH-neutral cleaning products with soft brushes and clean water.
We will never use: bleach or household cleaners · acidic cleaners of any kind · pressure washers · wire brushes or abrasive pads · power tools on a stone face.
Permissions
Most cemeteries require the authority of the holder of the exclusive right of burial before anyone works on a memorial. We check this before we start, help you find out who holds it if you're not sure, and decline work where the permission isn't there.

We work in Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, Sikh, Orthodox and non-religious sections across East and North London. Tell us what your family observes and we'll work that way.
Respect on site
We work quietly, without music. If a funeral or a visiting family is nearby, we stop and step away until they've finished. We take our rubbish with us.

If something goes wrong
Tell us and we'll go back and put it right, free. If we damage something, we'll say so before you notice and put it right. You'll always have the photographs — that's deliberate, so you can hold us to this.
